Jesus is Enough

i haven't written my blog lately due to my severe back pain. I've mostly just been trying to get through each day. I'm a little bit better. But enough about me. What I want to say is that I could not get through this without Jesus. He is my constant companion. Every day I'm living in the strength of his powerful right arm. I've claimed the promises in the Word and found them to be true. There is life in the Word and He is slowly but surely giving me new life. He is slowly but surely changing my heart that had become hardened. And if He does that then all this pain will be worth it. "O Lord, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress", Isaiah 33:2. "Come boldly to the throne of grave, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need", Hebrews 4:16.

  1. Your post is testimony to the fact of God's love and grace in the midst of the 'crap' of life. He has promised to never leave, never forsake. I don't recall any promises of no pain.

    Thank you Peggy.

  3. The process of being molded is not fun. But we are in the process of being renewed because He loved us. Praying that you will always remain strong in His mighty power. Because with His power and might, there is His victory!

  4. I was so happy to see a post from you Peggy! I know you have been going through the 'clay in the potter's hand' kind of time lately, I know. Jesus is the only one who can truly comfort and strengthen us through these painful days. Just be encouraged Peggy there are better days ahead.

  6. I'm sorry about your back pain. I hope it's subsided some by now, though I know it can take many weeks. I've got osteo-arthritis in my lower back, and some days it's hard to stand up straight. Thank God for Ibuprofen!

    Praying you're dancing soon.
